How to Use a Practice Exam Voucher
Taking an online practice exam is always a good idea, as it can give you an excellent chance to familiarize yourself with the testing process and give you more confidence when it comes time to taking the real thing. In fact, the practice exam questions are mapped to the actual certification exam questions—so taking a practice test can give you a good handle on your readiness level.
If you have an Online Practice Test Voucher, you may use it anytime, on any computer with a Web browser. The voucher is valid for only one practice test experience.
Installation and System Requirements
In order to take an online practice test, you will need to install Browser Lockdown and add Certiport as a trusted site in your Internet Options. Click here for instructions.
Assigning Your Practice Exam Voucher
To get started, Go to Certiport.com and click “Login”.
Exam Voucher Steps
LoginTo get started, go to Certiport.com and click “Login”.
Login (cont.)If you already have a user account with Certiport, enter your username and password, and click "Login". If you have not yet created a Certiport account, click on "Register" and follow the instructions to register as a new user.
Exam Voucher NumberOnce logged in, select the Test Candidate role. Scroll down to the bottom and enter your Online Practice Test voucher number into the "Voucher Number" field and then click "Assign Voucher to Me".
Voucher InformationYou should now see the voucher information displayed toward the top of the page in the "Certification Exams" section.
Taking Your Online Practice TestWhen you're ready to take the practice test, log in at Certiport.com and choose the "Test Candidate" role.
Find the appropriate program and voucher number under the "Certification Exam" section and select "Go".
Choose Your ExamSelect your language preference and then the practice test you want to take. Choose "Next".
Start ExamVerify that the information is correct and choose "Start Exam".

All need to have full access through ports 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS) 126.96.36.199 and 188.8.131.52 need access through port 21 TCP
HTTP redirects needs to be permitted (these are all completed within the certiport.com domain).
BrowserLockdown2.exe is started by the ActiveX control when Lockdown is engaged at the beginning of an exam. If the Testing Center's security software (firewall, antivirus, anti-spyware, etc.) is not configured to allow this program the same rights as Internet Explorer to access the internet, you may experience:
- A white screen when the exam attempts to start.
- The tutorial loads and works but some or all of the exam content does not load
- Questions start loading but never complete
Note: If the Internet is accessed through an authenticating proxy server and the system is not configured to automatically pass credentials to it, you will experience the symptoms listed above.
Security configurations should be changed so that full access to the internet is given to BrowserLockdown2.exe - usually by the IT department or personnel due to access rights.
